In 2018 we designed a Raidervision partner program which allows other security companies, whether they are technology or guarding based, to use the Raidervision system on a sub-hire basis. The program includes 24/7 technical support and a complete set of technical and operational SOPs based on our business model that will allow partners to develop an extremely loyal customer base, due not only to the quality of the equipment, but importantly the level of customer service it provides, something entirely lacking in the modern security sector. Complete business model

We provide full SOP details of our service model which will include but not be limited to, quoting, installation, maintenance, fault finding, monitoring, incident handling, response, incident resolution, reporting, efficacy checking and billing. These SOPs are based on systems we employ that provide the best outcomes for customers.

Access to a brand built on quality and stability

The Raidervision system brand is becoming increasingly recognised as a high quality brand. Clients will adopt the Raidervision brand in all marketing messages. Images and Logos will be provided and updates will be provided should any changes be made to the visual elements of the brand.

Full training for specified staff

Installation and maintenance training will be provided to designated staff members within the Authorised Installer company. It is essential that anyone installing the equipment is well versed in the operation of the equipment. Use of untrained staff will result in poor performance of the equipment, high rates of false activations, theft and damage to client sites, leading to a negative effect on the Authorised Installer companies business and the Raidervision brand. Raidervision will provide 24/7 technical support via telephone to all qualified, Raidervision trained staff only.

Complete SOPs for installation, maintenance, monitoring, response, removal

In order to maximise efficacy of each security system deployed in the field, it is important that specific procedures are followed in all cases. SOPs based on our in house experience will be provided and Authorised Installers will work to those SOPs.  Failure to adhere to the SOPs can lead to poor efficacy of systems resulting in diminished business and brand value and create increased work load for the Authorised Installer

company due to a greater number of failures and site attendances. 24/7 fault monitoring and reporting

All systems will provide 24/7 fault monitoring and reporting to the Authorised Partner company and to Raidervision via the real time online Operator portal, email and text messaging to specified staff member responsible for system maintenance.

Raidervision will provide 24/7 technical support via telephone to all qualified, Raidervision trained staff only.

Free issue stock paid for during rental periods only

An initial quantity of rental stock will be provided to the Authorised Partner company. Charges for said equipment will begin accruing on the day the equipment is installed on an Authorised Partner client site and will end on the day the equipment is removed from site. Raidervision and the Authorised Partner company will regularly communicate in regard to the amount of spare stock the Authorised Partner company has and when it is apparent that the amount of stock is not sufficient for the needs of the coming month, additional stock, sufficient to meet those needs will be provided. The same will work in reverse. If the Authorised Partner company occasionally has too much stock, Raidervision may request an amount of it returned in order to service other clients.

Fast replacement of faulty equipment

Any faulty equipment will be returned to Raidervision and Raidervision will replace that item in good time unless client stocks are deemed at such levels that a replacement is not immediately necessary.

Forwarding of enquiries generated by our marketing in Authorised Installers area

We market the Raidervision brand and service nationally online. Any enquiries received by Raidervision in an Authorised Partners agreed territory will be passed to the Authorised Partner company, who will

contact the client within and agreed period of time.

Use of brand logo for websites and printed materials

Authorised Partner companies will be authorised to use the RaiderVision Brand on vehicles, websites, social media, printed materials etc.

National Online advertising

We extensively market the Raidervision brand and service nationally online, however, this does not mean that partner companies do not need to promote the Raidervision service within their area of operation.
